Aaron Goldfeder

CEO and Director

Aaron helps lead strategy and innovation direction.

Prior to AZX, Aaron was founder and CEO of multiple VC-backed and acquired startups with a focus on AI, climate, energy, sales and go-to-market. He also worked at Microsoft and has 9 years of AI experience, 15 years of climate experience and over 20 years experience leading product innovation.  

Michael Albrecht

COO and Director

Michael leads and oversees client delivery.

A software and technology industry veteran with over 25 years of experience building and leading customer implementation operations teams. Extensive experience rolling out/managing complex operational processes across multiple companies, ensuring successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Rich Evans

VP of Technology and Director

Rich leads technical solutions architecture.

Two-time AI software company founder with experience working in high-scale data and machine learning environments at Microsoft, ARM and other leading technology companies and has an MS in Engineering.

Matt Kirk

Principal AI Specialist and Advisor
